A record 290 teams and due to some challenging weather conditions a record 258 games played on Championship Monday.
This event was one of the record books but more importantly it was an opportunity to bring thousands of people together to do what they love doing in what can be considered a very challenging economic landscape. NSA Canada Slo-Pitch could not be more grateful for the opportunity to provide each of you the opportunity to play, attend, participate in this wonderful celebration of slo-pitch.
Thank you to everyone; however a special thank you must go out this year to the umpires, the team managers, the event coordinators and the great sponsor partners who worked effortlessly to ensure schedules got revised while ensuring a blue was present at all diamonds even after the 3:00AM changes!!
